About Paul Green Planning

I have worked for local planning authorities in Kent and Devon.

Between 1989 and 2007 I was head of a Planning Policy team in a Devon district council. Since late 2007 I have worked independently on a variety of projects, some details of which are included on the next page.

I have degrees in Geography (BA Hons) and Town Planning (BTP) and membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) the Institute of Economic Development (MIED), and, am a member of the Planning Officers Society .

I am also a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and North Devon +  - fee discounts are available to other members of both organisations.

Why use my town planning experience?...

As a fully qualified and experienced chartered town planner you gain from my experience of being at the heart of town planning and related services for over 35 years.

I concentrate on planning issues so am not distracted by competing services. I do not provide a plan drawing or architectural design service, but can recommend quality professionals who do.

I can offer detailed knowledge of planning in Devon generally and northern Devon in particular with personal control of all commissions, an understanding of the varying needs of individual clients and the implications of the costs involved in providing professional services.
