My name is Paul Green. I am a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 35 years experience of working in planning. I have worked in Devon since 1989, as an independent planner since 2007. Prior to setting up this consultancy service I held a senior position in a district council, leading a multi-discipline Planning Policy team.

How can I help in your planning requirements?

I can assist with a wide range of planning issues and opportunities. Most importantly, I will work with you, your other professional advisors or your clients to provide the level and scope of work that best suits your needs.

Advice and assistance is available for -

- making representations on new planning policy or local development framework documents (LDFs),

- planning review prior to property sale or after purchase,

- planning appraisals prior to making applications,

- providing supporting statements for your planning application,

- researching, coordinating and submitting a planning application,

- representations in objection to a planning application,

- advising on official correspondence or decisions and liaising with local authorities,

- submitting a planning appeal.
