My name is Paul Green. I am a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 35 years experience of working in planning. I have worked in Devon since 1989, as an independent planner since 2007. Prior to setting up this consultancy service I held a senior position in a district council, leading a multi-discipline Planning Policy team.
How can I help?
I can assist with a wide range of planning issues and opportunities. Most importantly, I will work with you, your other professional advisors or your clients to provide the level and scope of work that best suits your needs. This may include making representations on new planning policy or local development documents (LDFs); planning appraisals prior to making applications; providing supporting statements for your planning application; researching, coordination and submitting a planning application; advising on official correspondence or decisions and liaising with local authorities, or submitting a planning appeal.
